How to find your order

1. Follow the link above and enter the email address you used at checkout.
2. Check your inbox for your one-time six-digit sign-in code, then enter it on the secure sign-in screen. No password is needed.
3. In Orders, choose the order you want to check. Match the order number to the one in your order confirmation email.
4. Open the order to view its status and any available shipment tracking links. Tracking details appear when they have been added to your shipment.

Have your confirmation email handy?

You can also follow the order-status link in your order confirmation or shipping email. If you are asked to verify your identity, use your order number and the email address or phone number you used at checkout.

Can't find your order?

Make sure you are signing in with the same email address you used at checkout. Check your spam or junk folder for your confirmation email or sign-in code. If you still need help, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number.
